Application Process:

  1. For Positions BS-07 to BS-15:
  2. For Driver (BS-04) Positions:
    • Use the prescribed proforma available on the mentioned websites.

Exam Details:

  1. Screening Test Locations:
    • Tests will be held in Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta, and Karachi. You must specify your preferred exam center in the application form.
  2. Test Content:
    • BS-07 to BS-15: Object type test covering Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge, and Subject relevant to the post. Lower Division Clerk (BS-11) will also have a typing test.
    • Driver (BS-04): Skilled/practical test and interview only.
  3. Shortlisting:
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview.

General Instructions:

  1. Job Locations:
    • Positions are available across Pakistan, and selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in the country.
  2. Non-Muslim Candidates:
    • Must provide a declaration on oath at the time of the interview.
  3. Disabled Quota:
    • Reserved for those registered with District Rehabilitation Organization or District Council of Health.
  4. Government Servants:
    • Including SoP staff, must apply online and forward an NOC through their department.
  5. Age Relaxation:
    • As per Government Policy.
  6. Age Calculation:
    • Based on the closing date of applications, which is 16th September 2024.
  7. Additional Qualifications:
    • Awareness of Computer Hardware and Software is considered an extra qualification.

Required Documents (at interview):

  • Latest passport size photographs (3).
  • Attested copies of educational qualifications, CNIC, domicile, and any experience certificates.
  • Discharge certificate for Ex-Army drivers or NOC from current government department.
  • Declaration on oath for Non-Muslims, verified by a Magistrate.
  • Disability certificate (if applicable).
  • Driving license (for Driver position).

Application Deadline and Communication:

  • Deadline for Online Applications: 16th September 2024.
  • For Driver (BS-04): Applications should be sent on the prescribed proforma to the undersigned by the closing date.
  • Applications Received Late: Will not be entertained.
  • No TA/DA: Will be provided for Test/Interview.

Post-Selection:

  1. Training Requirements:
    • Assistant (BS-15) and Lower Division Clerk (BS-11) must complete mandatory IT training.
    • Technical positions (BS-15 & BPS-7) will require mandatory training in Survey Disciplines.
