The Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has unveiled an ambitious plan to provide 50,000 solar panels across the province as part of the “Chief Minister Roshan Gharana” program. During an update meeting on Solar Home Solutions, CM Nawaz emphasized the rapid implementation of the steps needed to install a kilowatt solar system. She highlighted that it is crucial to incorporate the modern technology in solar systems. With an allocation of approximately 12.6 billion, the initial stage of the program intends to bring solar panels to 50,000 customers who are protected and are able to use at least 100 units per month.
