Punjab Police Physical and Written Test Dates 2024

Physical Standards
- Hight: 5 feet 7 inches for male, 5 feet 3 inches for females.
- Chest: 33cm- 35 cm only for male candidates.
- Running: 1.6 km in 7 minutes while 1.6kms in 10 minutes for females.
Punjab Police Constable Written Test Dates
After the completion of physical test and driving test (only for Drivers) Punjab Police will conduct written test. only those candidates can appear in written test who have passed the physical tests including PST and PMT. Candidates from Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Multan and Bahawalpur districts will appear in phase 01 written test. According to Punjab Police officials written test will start from 22 March 2024 till 26 March 2024. The successful candidates of physical and written will be eligible for interview.
